We are an Australian Qualified Simmons Wheel Repairer. We also repair and recondition all well-known brands of wheels like Momo, LWT, BBS, Viper and cars such as Honda, Toyota, Volvo, Tesla, Mercedes, Genesis, Porsche, Lexus, Audi, BMW, Aston Martin and Bentley,

How we ensure a quality finish

  • No missing parts. Any items removed from the wheel are marked with a job number for identification throughout the duration of the job.
  • A perfect fit. We check the wheel’s run out, straighten and true up the wheel where necessary.
  • Achieve the right colour and finish. The wheel is then washed to remove any basic surface grime that may prevent achieving a true finish. We recreate the original finish and texture by way of sanding, machining, sandblasting or polishing where required.
  • Any wheel, any brand. Our computer driven lathe can 
be programmed to suit almost every machined wheel surface on the market. This keeps us up to date with 
the latest wheel surface patterns from manufacturers around the world.
  • Quality assurance. Any chips and small imperfections on the wheel surface are removed by hand. The original finish may require painting and clear coating or polishing, depending on the client requirements.
  • Dedicated spaces. All painting is carried out in our full down draught spray booth and oven and additional drying is carried out under infrared spot heaters.
  • Final inspections. Finished wheels then undergo a final check before being wrapped and packed.
  • Final refit and balance. Should the wheels come 
to us with tyres, once the wheels have been repaired 
or reconditioned, we will refit and fully balance the wheels and tyres before delivery back to the client.
